Oneplus phones
Anyone got one?

There was a thread on here (albeit about 2/3 years ago) about the quality and price of these .
I've been looking at the 5 recently and wondered if anyone has one? If so any problems, complaints.

Or maybe he the 3/3t would be better value?

Yes Gank nothing to do with West Ham but I do follow the scores when I'm at work on my phone so that qualifies.

Re: Oneplus phones
When they first came out, they had an invite system, so you had to get an invite to buy one. Not sure why they did it, but I know it pissed a lot of people off.

Re: Oneplus phones
It's a cheapish phone. It's Chinese. It will be decent but not everything will work with it. These firms can't do software.

Phones are phones these days.

Got a 3T, can't complain, dual sim, runs very smoothly, the Oxygen OS is pretty light compared to some android UIs. Not waterproof, so don't get it wet.

Got an LG V20 for my latest phone - not released in Europe but imported from Hong Kong. Great phone and for 250 quid impossible to complain.

Obvious gamble on the warranty front, but as of now brilliant phone (plus you can swap the battery out by design).

master - I have a Xiaomi Mi Mix. Thought it looked cool and all the reviews were good. It isn't bad, but it does some daft things that I could really do without - I probably won't go Chinese again.

I have the One + X and I think it is a great phone for what I need. Dual sim is a bonus as well, but without that I can place in a SD card.

Sometimes gets a bit hot but just need to keep on top of what is running.

Lasted me a while, nice design and not a bloody phablet like most phones these days.

Like the look of the 5, but I ant the same size as the X.

Got a 3, best phone I've ever had.

It's basically like buying a skoda. Top level performance without the big badge.

Massively recommend

Re: Oneplus phones
I had a OnePlus One for about 18 Months. The hardware and actual phones ae probably on a par with most top spec Androids. The problem was with the software which I found very buggy and always had problems when they released updates. Have had a P9 Plus for about 6 months now and had not one issue.
